New Years Fireworks Melbourne 2012
Sydney is probably the most famous place to spend New Years for travellers visiting Australia, but this year at least, Melbourne put on the biggest fireworks show - 10 Tonnes of fireworks in part of a $2.6 million celebration. What makes this fireworks show special is that the fireworks are launched from the rooftops of skyscrapers right around the city in a synchronised way, so the sound echoes around you and there's light everywhere!
